Karma Cleaning Solutions is always dedicated to providing our clients with detailed, top quality cleaning services. As one of our top priorities, we aim to maintain 100% Satisfaction from our Clients and make it our goal to always do our best to complete every scheduled cleaning with that guarantee in mind. If by chance there is a time we do not meet that expectation due to an oversight on our part, please accept our sincerest apologies and contact us by text or email within 24 hrs of your scheduled cleaning with details of area(s) to be addressed, we will return ASAP to remedy the oversight, if time doesn’t allow for us to return the same day, we will return the following work day to complete the task until our Client is completely satisfied.
Contacting Us During Business Hours
All calls are very important to us, however, during business hours because we are such a small business and due to the nature of this business, we are more than likely at a scheduled cleaning and regret we may be unavailable to answer calls or texts right away. If a message is left, calls will be returned as promptly as possible. We have found that our best method and preferred form of communication with Clients is through TEXT MESSAGE which serves as a reminder to us on busy days and so there is documentation of communication. If your call needs an immediate response please send a text message with "CALL" so we know it's urgent.
Payment Due / Refunds
Payment for cleaning services are to be paid in full at the time of service. Forms of payment accepted:
* CASH (our preferred method of payment)
* CHECK paid to the order of: Karma Cleaning Solutions
(NSF/Returned checks will be assessed a $35.00 service charge and future payment must be made by cash or debit/credit)
* CREDIT/DEBIT CARD (please add service fee of $4.00)

Karma Cleaning Solutions cannot provide refunds after cleaning services have been completed due to cost of labor.
Security & Safety - Key Access/Security Code
The majority of our Clients are usually not present during their scheduled cleanings and provide us with a security code or a key for entry. Security is something we take very seriously. All security codes and access keys are kept secure in a lock-box at all times, except during time of scheduled cleaning and returned promptly to lock-box thereafter. Keys and Access Codes are never identified with information connected to residence.

Upon entering a residence, doors will be kept locked and secure during scheduled cleaning and we will not answer the door for any reason.

If a minor child is home during scheduled cleaning, a parent or adult guardian must be present.

Any aggressive pets must be secure at time of cleaning.

We cannot move items or furniture in excess of 20 lbs.

We cannot climb higher than the step stool we come equipped with.
Day Of Service
Karma Cleaning Solutions tries our best to arrive at every scheduled appointment on time, however, because every cleaning is unique and on occasions unforeseen circumstances may arise such as an additional last minute Client request at another scheduled cleaning, traffic, etc. we ask all of our Clients to please allocate a 30-60 min window before and/or after their scheduled cleaning time.
Please keep in mind that we are a "cleaning service" and not a "maid service" so excess items located in areas to be cleaned can hamper the effectiveness of our services. We ask our Clients to assist us with having those areas free and clear of items such as toys, clothing, paperwork, dishes, etc. so we can dedicate and utilize the time towards your scheduled cleaning. If a Client would prefer for us to clear the areas for them, more time must be allocated to their scheduled cleaning which will result in a minimal rate increase of services.
Cancellations/Rescheduling
Cancellations or Reschedules must be submitted at least 24 hrs prior to scheduled cleaning time and be sent through text or email for verification purposes . We understand that unforeseen circumstances and emergencies can arise at any given time therefore as a courtesy to our Clients, we will pardon one last minute cancellation from every client. Any future last minute cancellations will be assessed a cancellation fee in the amount of 50% of regularly scheduled cleaning which must either be paid in full prior to or must be included with the total payment of next scheduled cleaning date.
*"Last Minute Cancellation" is classified as any notification less than 24 hours.

Accidental Breakage/Missing Items
We take extra precautions around fragile and valuable items while cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, etc but accidents can still happen. It is a Client’s responsibility to ensure wall hangings are properly secured and to notify us in advance if there are specific items that should be avoided during cleaning. If something happens to be broken during cleaning services, Client will be immediately notified and informed either with a written note, text, email and/or voicemail. We will make every possible effort to replace, repair or duplicate the damaged item at the client’s request. If the Client should come across a damaged item not reported by Karma Cleaning Solutions or perhaps notice an item missing please notify us within 24hrs of scheduled cleaning with details either by email or text msg for verification purposes, anything not reported within the 24 hr time frame, Karma Cleaning Solutions cannot be held liable or responsible for.
Termination of Services
A Client has the right to terminate services with Karma Cleaning Solutions at any time, however, we do ask as a courtesy to please notify us by text message or email for verification purposes at least 24 hrs prior to the next scheduled cleaning.
